Commercial Project---McPete Architects developed plans for my owner (I'm the admin. he asked me to post this) office/warehouse site in the south metro. The whole company liked working with McPete's staff over several months this spring.McPete listen to our ideas, incorporated their own, and were very aware of cost (both their fees and the building cost).McPete Architects really did the job!!

All they do is design, McPete was great to work with, and we saved money by shopping our plans to various remodelers.

Working with McPete started great and they were able to put our Designs on paper for our Remodel Addition. Unfortunately through the building process it was discovered that the Prints McPete did were incorrect on some primary cement wall heights which created a large ripple effect. The contractor incurred $1000's in materials and labor to adjust which bled back to us. In addition, we now need steps where there were not suppose to be steps. Mistakes happen, but when trying to discuss some of the miscalculations our contractors and we found on the prints, we are unable to get a response from McPete. It has been three weeks since we brought this to their attention. McPete said they would look into it, however nothing has been done, nor will they return phone calls or e-mails on any status. Our initial opinion was favorable, but a respectable company will respond when mistakes are made and look for an appropriate solution. My Wife and I are extremely disappointed, we expected better!!

We met McPete Drafting at the fall home show, and McPete helped us with our remodeling plan. They did a fantastic job, designing our new addition and kitchen (and solving the structural problems).HATS OFF!!
