I was told to bring my car in at 8:00am so that they could try and diagnose why my heat is going in and out. I dropped it off right after they opened. I was told it would only take a few hours and that they would have the owner call me. I called at 2:30pm for a follow up with them and I was told they were just about to pull my car in. At 5:00pm I called again for a follow up and there was no answer. I then received a call at 5:35pm (they close at 6:00) telling me they didn't have time to get to my vehicle. I went in to pick up my car at 5:55pm and politely asked the owner why they would tell me they were going to work on it when they weren't. I was immediately met with hostility and a disturbingly unprofessional attitude. Patrick told me that "other vehicles came in that took priority" and that "things come up." You knew by 4:00pm you weren't going to get to my car, so why on earth would you not call me and tell me that? You also had my vehicle for TEN hours, it is unacceptable that you would request I bring it in that early only to never look at it. I will NEVER be taking my vehicle to you again - not will I ever be recommending you to people. I am absolutely appalled at the lack of professionalism and the blatant disregatard for customer service.

I went to the shop to ask for a bid to replace a suspension component. Rather than give me a price for the service, I was immediately argued with. I was told I could make an appointment to have the crew diagnose my proble. When I asked for a time and let them know I would have to stay with the vehicle, so I would appreciate an estimate of the length I would have to wait the front desk guy immediately accused me of just trying to get a free diagnosis. Oddly enough I was told they offer free diagnosis. I simply wanted i time when I could arrive and a time I could depart. As a single parent my time is my second most precious commodity.

I don't know if the people who wrote negative reviews just want to pay more for dishonest people or what the deal with them is. Patrick has ALWAYS been polite, helpful, and honest with me everytime and every person I have referred has thought the same. Great service and very resonably priced!!!

I was referred to Marley Automotive many years ago and have taken my vehicles there exclusively and have never been disappointed. Professional and cost has always been less than other shops and the dealership. I have referred friends there as well and they have been pleased with the service as well.

Definition of unprofessional, rude, and CROOK!! Will never use his shop again nor refer anyone to him, Fixed doesn't equal drive two blocks and stalled again. Absolutely why no one trusts mechanics...and I want EVERYONE to know

Rude and mean, Patrick that is, all other people I've dealt with there have been great.... As for the service of my car, fair.

My experience was the total opposite. In a nutshell, rude, crude, very unprofessional. Pretty much typical snake oil sales. Would never go back, and will steer my friends elsewhere. I gave them 1 star because the site wouldn't let me rate 0.

I was referred to Pat at Marley Automotive because he did quality work by a friend, and that was an understatement. I needed air conditioning work done and got an appointment with them. They did the work while I waited, for less than I expected, made the appointment on time, and were courteous and professional in all they did. They even ran an electronic check on the engine to ensure everything was OK for my wife's upcoming trip with the car at NO CHARGE. Try them, you won't be sorry.
