To whom it may concern:In August I purchased a precor amt, after several failed attempts over months to fix the machine, it was finally decided it woukd be replaced with a "working" machine. The "newly refurbished" machine is in even worse condition, non working past 5 minutes on any level and clanking loosely put together. I just had another call for even yet another service tec to come. This is not the answer, a new machine not working after many service fails on the previous one is a breach of customer satisfaction and I would strongly see it only fair to take the purchase back and return my money. It's so beyond unfair what has happened to me after saving money for years for this purchase, and being in the worst shape of my life because I had to cancel my gym membership with working machines to go 6 months without a working one and 3700 spent gone. I need someone to step up to do the right thing once and for all, and stop putting me through endless service calls and machines failing. I do think it's fair that a machine placed in my home broken be returned. Please no more service tech or replacements. It's almost spring, I need to be able to actually work out at a gym since I've been let down by second wind equipment in the worst ways of function. Someone Please end this. I was told today by service management that it's up to salesperson and store to take back machine, when yesterday I was told store manager needed further approval. All that happened today was manager telling service team to call me, to fix, when it can't be fixed. Please advise asap on taking back non functioning sale to me. Thanks for prompt response!
