      The Burnsville Performing Arts Center was opened in January 2009 as an anchor to the Heart of the City neighborhood in Burnsville, MN. It lays adjacent to beautiful Nicollet Commons park and has restaurants within walking distance. Located just off Interstate 35w and Highway 13 it is easily accessible with ample free parking. The BPAC is architecturally stunning and it has been said there is "not a bad seat in the house."
