Rolfing Structural Integration is a holistic form of bodywork that can allow for BIG changes to happen in the client's body.Rolfing addresses the body, mind and spirit, but what Rolfers can touch is fascia, or the connective tissue that wraps around every cell in the body and holds people and animals upright. All of this while giving each person their individual shape. Rolfers call this 'structure' and we are trained to perceive the human body in a unique way. We consider your body in traditional anatomic models as well as in ways that only Rolfers can visualize and create treatment plans for. There is only one school of Rolfing Structural Integration, so seek and only accept Rolfing work from a Certified Rolfer who has graduated from the Rolf Institute, which is accredited and holds to the highest standards in bodywork therapies.
