Standing in line we heard the group ahead of us and was listening to their tour guide. I began to get even more excited because he was so knowledgeable. When our tour guide came to our group he was quiet and didn't say much. Sure enough even on the tour he didn't seem to want to answer questions or know much other then the basics. My family and I were soooo disappointed.
