Great Dry Cleaner!

I brought in a 100% polyester black beaded jacket with month old grease stains on it and they got them out! I dropped off the jacket at 8:00am at the Burlington location a little skeptical after reading reviews and picked up a perfectly cleaned and pressed jacket at 6:00pm the same day. Highly recommend.

Customer service is awful. When they make an error in the order it's not their fault. Laundered shirts not starched and poorly pressed, missing buttons that were there before, but not now. When issue is presented, clerk argues that their policy "no returns after 48 hours" allows them to claim NO FAULT. Come-on Man.

Pricing is a little steep for what you're getting...service is not that great, actually can be sometimes downright rude! So, I switched over to Village cleaners instead. They are slightly more reasonable. And they are definately more flexible...

They ruined my clothing and denied it. Rude, fat, crabby, stinky, and ugly receptionist at Burlington, WI location. I don't think she showers. They're the worst!!!!!
