Established in 1947, Secret Harbor provides a variety of services and programs to support the growth of children, youths and families. It specializes in foster care and residential treatment programs. The agency s foster care program focuses on at-risk boys and girls and provides family support, crisis intervention, training, counseling, short-term respite and chemical dependency services. Its residential treatment program serves boys in the age group of 11 to 18 years. The agency offers treatment services for boys with behavioral, developmental, learning, social and emotional problems. It provides behavioral support, on-site education, mentoring, recreational learning and psychiatric services. Secret Harbor, with a location in Anacortes, Wash., also operates a facility in Burlington, Wash.
