With Joy, I always get professionalism, care, comfort, humble and her expertise. She makes me feel like I’ve known her for years. I always go to her for my Brazilian and other waxing services. She makes me feel so comfortable and explains everything and gives directions on what to do next. She sanitizes before and after each client. Never double dips into her waxing pot. She is so clean.
