The crew at Bavarian Autohaus was very courteous and professional. I had my car towed in and within a very short period of time the mechanic came out and told me what the problem was and Kelleigh the service manager told me what the cost would be and when they would be finished. They gave me a ride into town so I could do some shopping and they even picked me up when they were finished with repairs. I was thrilled they repair bill was exactly what they said it would be and they even washed and vacuumed my car.Bavarian Autohaus has earned a customer for life!
Performed work specifically asked NOT to do. Work was careless. Lied numerous times. Over charged! Had to bring to another shop to fix their mistakes. They refused to even talk about what they did wrong, and would not refund money. Terrible customer service, never contacted me about new issues found. I always had to contact them to get any kind of info on my car. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!!!

Our rental car suddenly broke down with a suspected electrical problem on the on-ramp to the I5 in Burlington WA, at 3:30PM. We found the clamp to one terminal was loose and the connection extremely dirty. The car was towed to Bavarian Autohaus. The great staff at there was an example of outstanding customer service and kept trouble shooting the car past closing time but was not able to fix it. The fuse box most likely needed replacing and a part was located at a nearby dealer to be delivered the next morning. An employee dropped us and our luggage off at a nearby motel. At 8:30 next morning an Autohaus team member phoned and informed us the car was ready to go and the fuse box was not required, since they diagnosed the problem as bad grounds and battery related. A staff member picked us up and the car was ready to go. Way to go Bavarian Autohaus we had a great customer experience with you!
