Since we moved into our home four plus years ago one of your employees has made our FedEx deliveries a real pleasure. Now we find out that she will be going to another route and we will truly miss her. Peggy is to be commended for her professionalism, attitude and kind demeanor, she also loves our Blue Heeler, Tobi. Needless to say Tobi also loves Peggy, she always has a treat for Tobi, and when she pulls up to make a delivery Tobi is always at the door waiting to greet Peggy. Peggy is a real asset to your organization, and we can only hope that our next FedEx delivery person is half as good.

I have called the number listed above in regards to a package that was sent to me from Alaska on the 18th of December to which it arrived at the above address on the 19th for delivery. Via online tracking, it shows that the package I have been waiting for goes out on a truck daily and the delivery is delayed beyond their control. After the online tracking, I telephoned the above number and was told that after three atempts at delivery I was to be called. The package has gone out again for delivery making it the 8th attempt and to which I have not yet received that call. It is frustrating to me to see other trucks go by my house delivering items; however, FedEx is unable to do so. It is my recommendation to FedEx that if they are going to charge fees so an item will be delivered the following day, then they should be courteous enough to make that phone call to the recipient after the third attempt as I was told was their policy.
