Dunkin Donuts staff need to be trained or retrained on customer service. I had some young snippy cashier upon my ordering a simple sausage and biscuit and hash browns put in my order wrong and take me to task saying in that I should have told her it was without cheese...c'mon and her manager's only response when I appealed her lack of courtesy was to tell me he was taking care of the mistake. I will not be back
