Since 1979, Mr. Anderson has successfully represented thousands of Social Security disability claimants, both at the administrative level and before the federal District Courts of Vermont and New York. Two of the cases he successfully handled in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals - Dousewicz v. Harris, and Veino v. Barnhart, not only resulted in substantial benefits to his clients, but also created landmark Social Security Law. He has also successfully represented Social Security claimants in hundreds of cases before the federal Courts in Vermont and New York. Mr. Anderson is admitted to practice in the state courts of Vermont and New York, federal district courts of Vermont and New York, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and is admitted to represent Social Security disability claimants in the State of Florida.
