If you have a working family ( out of the house by 8:30 - I would not recommend them.For my plan they are about $200.00 more for a 12 month plan than Western but I want to give local guys the business.They do not have weekend hours, however they stated they could do 8am so I could be at work by 9am. After signing, they would not set up a flat schedule for the (paid-in-full-AND-in-advance) monthly service.1st visit was 8am.next 2 vists 8:45-9:10.I politely asked for my money back as they are causing me problems at work. They refused. The 2nd to last visit, I called on Wed. 23rd of the month - the week before the 'usual'last week so I can plan. .The secretary said "I just penciled you in for this Friday the 25th."(not the following week as usual).I got "I was going to call you". (When? the day of the service?..its in 2 days) I had to cancel the meeting that was planned with a customer. Probably any other company could do the work just as well and set up a fixed schedule too.

They are a very professional company from the person who answers the phone to the tech who does the work.VERY HAPPY WITH THEM!!!

Very professional winter service provider.They have all the proper insuance and are a member of the Snow and Ice Management Association.They have various pieces of equipment to handle sidewalks to large parking lots.VERY SATISFIED!!!
