For over 30 years, Mother s Kitchen has been supplying award-winning cheesecakes and desserts to restaurants, food service operations and supermarkets throughout the United States. From its famous original recipe cheesecakes to its New York style cheesecakes, Mother s Kitchen offers a vast assortment of cheesecakes. Its line also includes a premium selection of hand-decorated gourmet cakes and pies, including homemade favorites such as carrot cake and key lime pie. Founded in 1971 as a local bakery, Mother's Kitchen is one of the largest gourmet cheesecake manufacturers in the industry. After quickly outgrowing two buildings, the current Mother's Kitchen facility was built in 1986 and is 105,000 square feet This facility produces and ships up to 40,000 cheesecakes and 2,500 cakes per day. The American Institute of Baking has awarded its highest inspection rating to Mother's Kitchen for four consecutive years.
