Just purchased a brand new 2014 Dodge Charger R/T, this vehicle only had seven miles on the odometer. While test driving it my wife and I noticed the ride was a bit rougher than what we thought it should be. The person selling us the vehicle (also in the car with us while test driving) assured us it was just the road we were on, so we went ahead with the purchase. Three days later and several roads traveled the ride is still as rough as that day, so I took the car back to them informing them of this. I was told by their service department that the tires do in fact have flat spots on them from sitting on their lot for several months without being moved. Being that this issue is of no fault of mine, and when purchasing a brand new vehicle you go in believing everything on that said vehicle will be of optimal condition I thought they would replace the tires. Nope. I was informed that per their policy the tires are not covered under warranty (even though my wife and I bought every one of their add on warranties) apparently it does us no good whatsoever. Point of this review, just warning all others to check the tires before you buy a vehicle from this place!

I bought a 2013 Equus in April and while I love the car - I have been underwhelmed by the service and support afterwards. While I got past some confusion and delays in getting my tags [they don't seem to know how to process out of state buyers???] the one problem I can't get past is they've overcharged me for my tags and no one will call me back or email me back >> dozens of emails and calls either get no response or the "...let me check into and I will get back to you response" and I'm several months into the process with no answer or follow up >> just horrible - - and they owe me ~$150
Just picked up a new Hyndai Genesis Coupe from them last night. What a great experience! Unlike the usual "I'd rather get a root canal than go to a new car dealer" experience that I was expecting these guys treated me first class. Nicole the internet manger, Bob the general manager, Vanessa the sales person, Frank the sales manager and Matt the finance guy were all super nice guys and did not give me any of the usual car dealer game run arounds. Took about 15 minutes to negotiate the best deal I was able to find. Bob had to get my car from an out of state dealer and when it was delivered he called me up and told me there was some scratches on it and he was sending it back for another one the guy had in stock. This one was perfect. That in my mind is way above and beyond what I'd expect from the dealers I've dealt with before who would have just delivered the car and claim I did it when I noticed it. Highly recommended.

We purchased a Jeep recently and were very pleased with the sales help. They could tell we were sincere buyers. They were very patient and respectful in every way even though we took a few weeks to make our decision.Service has been quick and thorough. We have purchased Lincolns and Cadillacs all over the state and have recommended City Auto Park as a very pleasant dealership, also.

There are some Crazy people working in sales. If the don't like what you have to say they will go as far as making you out as anut screaming at them , when youn weren't talking. Who's the nut? The tricksters and manipulaters they are, and watch out for all the lies they causualy throw around an overpricing they will do. We heard other bad dealings with them fron a few people. Watch their warrenty's, seem like they don't like servicing their cars, and what they say is not what you get, as soon as you sign that sales reciept. Look out!!!!! They can tell some tall stories. A owner of a lemon.

This place is a joke. we called and made a so called "Deal" on the phone, then drove 1 1/2 hours just for the salesperson to get us lost. We tried the next day to make another "deal", just to be strung along and then told they couldn't do it. after the third try of making a deal, i gave up! it's a shame because I really wanted the car, but if their service is anything like their sales, i'm glad we didn't get it! They definitely lost my business.
This organization has made so many mistakes regarding a new car we purchased there, and just shrug it off as "we made a mistake"...yes they did, but not a mistake, many many mistakes. And they lied to Diamler Chrysler as well. We now have a new vehicle that in their attempt to fix a factory defect, have now destroyed our vehicle and think we should just accept the situation as a series of unfortunate events...check with the Better Business Bureau in Trenton before using this business, or making a purchase...they have an UNSATISFACTORY rating. Please look for another dealer, there are many credible ones in the area.
