General Info: Burlington County Community Action Program helps people help themselves! We have been helping people and changing lives for the past 52 years. BCCAP helps strengthen low-income families lives through early childhood and parenting education, child care, housing and home energy programs. BCCAP has operated the Head Start Child development program since 1966. Head Start promotes school readiness for children in low-income families by offering educational, nutritional, health, social and other services. Programs we offer: Housing, home energy assistance, parent education, healthy families, parents as teachers program, child care resource & referral, head start.
