The YMCA in Burlington is simply the best. I mainly worked out in the room with the weight machines-treadmills etc. The staff M-F are helpful, friendly, encouraging and motivating. It was a pleasure to go to work out. Exercise doesn't come naturally to me and my body needed to get stronger.....I was in the exact right place to do this. I have recently moved from Burlington and have to admit the thing I miss the most is the Burlington YMCA.....Anyone who lives in this area is very lucky indeed, to have such a wonderful resource to get healthy and stay strong and healthy. If only I could have taken this wonderful Y with me! Thank you to the staff and for the equipment to help me reach my goals of strength and health during my time living in Burlington.
