the staff and management are extremely friendly and efficient! The manager has gone far and beyond his job to satisfy his customers when he searched for coconut syrup when his store ran out! This demonstrated the caring person I believed him to be! I go out of my way to go to THIS store, as there are several others around. my drinks are always perfect or replaced if not (rarely). Just wish the store was closer to me. I drive over 10 miles just to get coffee at this store! I LOVE IT!!! The staff in this store feel like family to me! that is a rare quality these days...
