I had a wonderful dining experience at the Burlington NC restaurant today (11.10.2017). I took my wheelchair-bound, elderly mother there for lunch, a huge treat for her. The manager and waitress went out of their way to make her feel comfortable, and that meant a lot. It was the best hamburger she had had in years.

Worst service of my life... food was messed up & we very politely, even apologized for sending it back. Our waitress got an attitude & tried to explain why WE were wrong. Manger came out to make more excuses why WE again were wrong. She disnt even appoligize or have any manager "cooth". We told her what happened and said it was ok that we just wanted our food all again nicely with a SMILE. The MANAGER ROLLED HER EYES, GAVE US A DISCUSTED LOOK, DROPPED HER JAW, TURNED AND STOMPED AWAY.... in total and utter disbelief..

February 6th 2013. This was the first time my husband and I decided to go...we wanted something different, and we were not disappointed, the food was great. Also, I had fallen in another retail store, and hurt my knee. The staff brought me a bag of ice to put on it. Wow! We sat in a booth at the bar, and the bartender of the night was very helpful, not annoying, just checked in from to time to make sure we were good, we so appreciate this. I recommend a HUGE commendation to her (unfortunately,don't remember her name... my issue not hers). Just to say everyone was awesome, and we will return!!!

red robin is a great place for different kind of burgers they are huge. two people can eat on one. you get fries and a big ole burger for about 11.00 its worth it.
