I went in to just look around. The prices were very comparable to the internet. The gentleman behind the counter asked if he could assist me and when I told him I was just looking, he said to please let him know if he could help. I will be going back for sure.

These guys (Dale) are very service-oriented and friendly. I've been back several times and most recently with a buddy who couldn't get his brand new RC Earthquake to link with his transmitter. Dale quickly resolved the issue and got his nitro car running in less than 10 minutes! Super service and didn't charge anything to get it running. Kudos to old-fashioned service!

First, Google Maps and street view do not show their correct location. The store is right next to the exit ramp from I-40. Google shows it being several hundred yards further down the road.



The guy behind the counter was really nice and helpful. He deep into helping another customer when I walked in but I got a greeting and he asked if I needed anything when I was just walking around to see what they had. Once he finished with the previous customer he had all the time in the world for me.



They are mostly car with boats and planes bringing up the rear. I'm a plane person but they still had some hardware and control components I needed. The prices were very fair and I'd much rather buy locally than from strangers on the Internet when I can.

I bought a nitro rc car off the internet and when it came in I had no idea how to use it! I went to Dales RC world twice and after just 30 minutes he fixed it perfectly show me how to use it it was a complete perfect businessman during the whole deal. I would definitely recommend him and restore and I will be a future customer

We found an Apprentice S15E online for $299. We called Dale's and they beat the price and held the plane until we could get there from another county. Service was excellent. We will shop here again.

I stopped in today and the owner was very nice and very helpful. After I got home with the fuel and a few other items i needed for an RC car that I bought off of Ebay I could not get it to start so I took it with me back to The store and the owner set it on the counter adjusted a few screws and checked out a few things and it started right up. He gave me pointers on how to keep it running and didn't charge me anything for the help. I would recommend this store to anyone and the laid back atmosphere should not be taken as poor service, they just aren't trying to push products down your throat...

On 12/01/12 i entered the store and seen two people sitting at register, man and girl. They were talking when entered. I said my usual customary hello and got no response. I continued into the store and there was another lady behind the counter and she looked at us and turned back around. No one else was in the store so we just walked right out of the store. If they don't want my money Im sure I can find some one who would.
