I have taken my son who is 12, there for the last couple of years and had great experiences of course nothing serious. then i needed to take my grandson to have a tooth fixed that had been fixed 2 weeks before by another dentist. he was in a lot of pain. They were great with him. He is 6 and of course this could have been very traumatic but the doctor and the assistant were wonderful. We ended up having to have his tooth pulled and the dentist was so caring and kind with him. Ciara was the assistant and she did everything she could to ease his and my fears. Thank you to the whole staff even the front desk we very kind and helpful to us. they were great as always!!! Thank you!!

I came in last week for an emergency appointment. My front tooth was broken in half. I was afraid to go out in public. Thankfully the receptionist (Thanks, Rosa!) was able to get me an appointment that day. I was told I would be worked into the schedule, but the wait was less than an hour! Everyone was so nice and put my fears to rest. I was referred to an endodontist and had an appointment made for the next day. I will be returning to Burlington Dental Care for all my follow ups and regular check ups. Going to the dentist was a surprising pleasure. To make things even better, they take my insurance and filed it for me.

I went to this facility over the weekend to have my wisdom teeth extracted. My appointment time was for 9 am. At 10 am, after sitting in the chair for an hour, the doctor came in and gave me 6 novacaine shots, and said that she would give me four more after we got the first two teeth out. I had been expecting to be sedated. Before she could begin working on my extractions, she realized that she didn't have the equipment she needed, so I sat for 25 more minutes, now numbed while they sterilized their equipment. Finally, they began the process, and removed the first tooth, and began the second. And, this is the point that 911 was called. A firetruck and ambulance arrived. Apparently, I had lost consicousness due to too much novacaine. I was sent home with gauze and a brief care instruction sheet, and nothing else. I will not be returning to this practice and will find another practice to extract the remaining two wisdom teeth.
