Had a wreck this morning and police called Alamance towing to pick up my car. I asked them to tow to he body shop and the body shop would write a P.O. for them. Was told they can’t do that I had to pay right then or they’d take it to their shop. I’m being treated at scene at this point and just told him to take it and I’d get with body shop after done there. No prices ever quoted at scene. Body shop called to pick it up and was told they had to pay cash $175 before it could be picked up. Went to location myself and called spoke to someone named George. He stated it was $145 for tow which was less than 5 miles away and $30 storage fee. Car has not been there less than an hour at this point! Then $50 more to take to body shop! Only way to get my car at this point to pay him asked if they take card he said yes for 5% more fee!! I asked why he was charging that and $30 storage for less than an hour he proceeded to curse me and insult me over then phone! He sent a driver to meet me and take the $! So total of $225 for this tow and talked to like a dog by someone who never seen me before!! They also swept up all the glass and debris from the scene and dumped it in my floor boards of my car!! Glass and all!! Never allow Burlington PD TO call this company to pick up your car! Horrible or experience and horrible customer service from George!! No last name was given.

My daughter was in a fairly bad accident and the trooper contacted towing. THe guy who picked up the car was fine, but when I decided to get the car out of storage to have it fixed , the owner charged me 350 for towing the car less than 5 miles., When I questioned the inflated price - he stated "that's just how it is." I guess he had me right where he wanted me - since I had no choice. (TTL cost $450 to get my car back after just 3 days in storage and I had to call someone else to tow it from the lot! I have a choice now - DONT let the cops call this company.

I was in a small wreck during a snow storm and the police sent this company to pick up my car. The guy I spoke with was ok until after he gave me my car back after that when I called to ask about where the hole on my back bumper came from he became defensive refering me to the police. All I was trying to get was a statement.The guy was so rude. I believe I was speaking with the owner.

Unprofessional, driver has a female riding with him extremely unprofessional and classless, awful representation of a business. Rude, laughs in your face. Driver is nasty; gives people in this line a business a bad name. $250 charge for a car in thier possession less than 15 minutes. Not allowed to leave less than 1 star otherwise would have.
