If you enjoy being changed TWICE for an item, VIP is the place for you. Two days ago I brought a pair of pants in to be shortened and paid in cash; today I went to pick them up and was asked to pay again! The lady claimed that my pickup slip should have been marked as paid, but as she was the one who prepared it two days ago I am left wondering if this is not a commonly used tactic for folks who pay in cash up front.
