1) no external security

2) dont fix your problems

3) kids size bathroom comods

4) rental increase of $150 each year.

DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!

First the apartment units itself wasn't that bad but it seemed old. The model unit is actually quite deceiving.

They make it look like it's all updated and very nice but if you happen to get a chance to see the rest of the units it's a different

story. Yes they do update and maintain the units but just to the minimum. Like everyone says the walls are paper thin. I was just

there for 5 min's not even and I heard neighbors or potential neighbors going at it like rabbits in heat and the floors make these sounds everytime you walk. I could see why a company like archstone sold the whole thing to some other company.

But aside from that the staff there are HUGH LIARS!!! I haven't even moved in and they already started to lie to me.

I've already cancelled this whole thing that I have with them there and chose not to move in but even then they have constantly lied to me and given me the runaround claiming that the manager wasn't there when in fact she was.

Anyone thinking about going to this place I would

MOST DEFINATELY NOT RECOMMEND IT!

Absolutely a waste of time and money.
