      Awful service. Requested non-smoking cab 3 days before pick-up, but got a smokey smelling one.

      Called dispatcher when cab arrived, but said he didn't even have any non-smoking cabs!Not only that, the person I made the reservation with said that it would be a black towncar. It wasn't -it was a grey "yellow cab".
