I won't take my car anywhere else. I trust them to always lay out my repair options and recommend the best. I never have to question whether I am being charged fairly, and I can be sure that they will provide the highest quality of work. If you live in the city, like me, you probably have to deal w/ people damaging your car on a regular basis. Regardless of the distance from SF I always insist that my insurace company tow my car to PR.
