The previous review I believe was written by my disgruntled ex-wife who was not even a client of Ms. Fraser. She has been a profressional for me through a difficult time and does not deserve such malicious lies written about her. I have reccommended her to several people and even my ex was reffered to her but i had already retained her services

Elaine Fraser is terrible. She caused more problems than were solved. It is my feeling she is more than pleased to take your money and add to the problems. She will try to excite you and get you to be letigous, so she gets more money. She is NOT a negotiator. I wanted her to negotiate with the other attorney, but she talked me into just going to court right away. it has been a mess since. Very, very ridiculously expensive. A waste. The issues were important but she inflamed everything. She gets you to make inflated claims because she said it will come down and to make it the worst as possible. She, in my opinion, is unethical as she does come out and tell you to lie, but she encoured to fudge it pretty heavy. it made everything everything go bad. She is raking in the money though, as the other attorney fights. I regret meeting her. I would never recommend her to anyone for anything. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.



She would do much better to be fair and negotiate. Not her style. She is an instigator and wants to make trouble - brings in more money for her. You get locked in. she is not trustworthy, as she has done different than she said many times.
