Located in Burlingame, Calif., Burlingame High School provides educational and recreational classes to students. It has a library that offers a collection of research resources, newspapers, dictionaries, encyclopedias, textbooks, and fiction and nonfiction books. The school offers classes in several subjects, including fine and performing arts, industrial design, English, math, science, social studies, history, economics and physical education. Burlingame High School s extracurricular organizations include a gay-straight alliance, the American Cancer Society and Black Student Union. Its campus includes a cafeteria, gymnasium, and computer and science labs. Burlingame High School provides a variety of sports activities, such as football, golf, tennis, volleyball, soccer, wrestling, baseball and badminton.
