General Info
Mr. Howard A. Neckowitz: is the Founder of Border Collie Solutions Inc. ("BCSI") and currently serves as Chairman of the Board. Previously he founded Pacific Gateway Exchange Inc. She has approximately 22 years experience in international communications and networks, International Legal and Regulatory communications issues including international contract negotiations, service agreements and network authorizations, international strategy and evolving competitive trends. From 1986 to 1991 Ms. Granton served as a consultant to major U.S. and overseas communications companies. She provided expertise on the valuation and due diligence process for the acquisition of ongoing foreign telecommunication operations and the start-up of competitive carrier operations for international, long distance, local and cellular operations in various countries.
