I purchased a vehicle back in 2016 from this dealer. Come to find out the vehicle had prior body damage which they did not disclose to me before purchasing the vehicle. I found this out by attempting to trade in the vehicle at another dealership. I filed a complaint with the BBB and needless to say the complaint was closed unresolved. My carfax report that I ran stated the body damage information and MCMC report did not. They attempted to offer me $3000 discount but the car wasn't even worth the $15000 + they sold it for. It was worth half that amount. The $3000.00 discount is a slap in the face in my opinion. My suggestion was for them to take the vehicle back and close my account out in good standing with the credit bureau. I haven't heard from them since the BBB complaint was closed unresolved. I DO NOT recommend doing business with MCMC.
