Provided by YP.comI went into this business and spoke with David. David was extremely helpful. We set an appointment to have service done to our fireplace. David explained to me that there would be a 2 week wait, and that they would call to set the exact appointment date as we got closer. we waited the two weeks and a women named Kristen I Believe called at 4:35 and left a message. I was at work at the time but I called her back 15 min later, she informed me that they had an opening at 9 am the following morning. I explained to her that we would not be home, and asked for a different date. Very rudely she informed me they were busy and if I didnt take this date it would be at least another 2 weeks. She never attempted to work any other arrangement and basically said "Do you want it our not". I will never use this company because of how I was treated by one of their employees. This is my first time to ever right a negative post but I feel that strongly about How I was spoken to. Customers beware on scheduling with this company

Provided by YP.comI recently purchased a gas insert from this company. I was pleased with the selection and quality of fireplaces sold here. In addition, the showroom was beautiful. I was also pleased with the customer service I received. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Provided by YP.comCustomer service at Leonard's is insufficient. I called to get service on December 14 and was told they could come out sometime toward the end of February. When I explained that was ridiculous, she asked if they installed the unit. I explained I had no idea but they must have because since we moved in they had come out twice within the week to service it. I was given other businesses to call. This happened to me last winter as well. So don't expect timely repair service.
Hello, We apologize for the long lead time during the winter and holiday season. We have been in business for over 30 years and have accumulated a lot of fireplaces that require service. If we are unable to service your fireplace in the time you are needing we will recommend another companies service to assist you. We recommend calling in August and September to beat the holiday and winter rush.

Provided by YP.comThe wood stoves are very nice and competitively priced. Installation was done by a professional and it shows. That being said it's worthless without the wood pellets to burn. I used it for part of one season and they tell me they don't sell pellets anymore. What the hell! Should have gone to David's in Weatherford. They support what they sell

Mr. Tillotson, We are glad to hear that we were competitively priced and offered professional installation for our pellet stove. We discontinued selling pellets since they are readily available at a variety of stores during the season. We decided that since we don't sell wood or gas for our other products that we didn't need to sell pellets. We are happy to support what we sold by offering servicing and cleaning of pellet stoves we installed.
