Me and my other family dealing with this business from last 21 years. They do not say they are best they do their best. I will recommend anyone who wants to buy or service vacuum cleaner they are the best choice

BUYER BEWARE! This business has an "All sales final" policy". If you make a purchase and are not satisfied, you are out of luck. We purchased a vacuum and less than 24 hours later asked to exchange it for a more expensive model as we found several features on the one we purchased not to our liking once we tried it at home. Vacuum Zone refused to exchange our unit. Suggest looking elsewhere to a business that values customer satisfaction.
