I went for a vehicle inspection and got a rejection with the standard 2-wk allowance to repair. However, after we've completed the repair in less than a week, they didn't have any sticker so the solution they offered was to have another inspection and they will reimburse me, or go to other Merchants stores. In short, they don't care if you're inconvenienced even on their account. They didn't do anything about it nor let us know if they tried at all.
