We ordered a Christmas arraignment that we saw on their web page and it arrived on time and looked just as I had ordered.My friend's husband took a picture of it so I could see what they had left. I will use them in the future. What happens next I can not be sure, but for this one occasion it went well..They delivered to a Rehabilitation facility and that was my concern and they did it in timely fashion.. C. M.
