Great customer service, the owner is very knowledgeable and helpful, and one of the employees helped me bring in my packages from the parking lot!

They went out of their way to help me with a lost package and get a refund from UPS, they helped with the paperwork and follow-up phone calls.

They are open Saturdays and they e-mail you when you have a package, they also do passport photos, nice

This store is very convenient for me located next to Safeway the staff is efficient and always helpful, they do faxing and shred documents which is why I usually go there, plus occasional ship my e-bay items, easy to track since I had some issues with the post office in the past.

Great service, always friendly employees, this is the only place where I will do my print services.They are so nice. I had to drop off 3 heavy boxes after yoga expo trade show. The came out to the parking lot, helped me with all the boxes. I have never had a ups store that would help me carry boxes. And yes those boxes are super heavy. So sweet of them.

This is a very convenient store for me next to Safeway, plenty of parking and great customer service. Friendly staff and always helpful, it can get busy at times but that is understandable.

Highly recommended. I have had a box at this store for 6 years. I live overseas for most of the year and they hold my mail without complaint, including multiple packages sent by me from overseas (once they held mail and packages for over a year). The store employees are always polite and friendly. They forward mail to any location I request, which, this time, included sorting the mail to only forward first class mail (they ask if I want catalogs and junk mail tossed). Renewing is easing: a phone call and charged to the credit card on file. Would recommend this store to anyone looking for helpful and efficient service and convenience. :)
