Yes the owner Paul Haley tries to hide the business in his mother's name because he was banned from doing business in Illinois after scamming customers out of almost half a million dollars years ago. He's a career criminal and drug dealer who's been in and out of prison and Court his whole life with an entire string of fraud lawsuits brought upon him by shoddy work performed by this company. Uses the scam "cheap cleaning" to get in your house and then lies about how your house will burn down if he doesn't replace EVERYTHING right away! He's in court every month for scamming people.

Was scheduled for an appointment between 2 &5 today. At 5:30 I called and got several excuses. He informed me that he was going to send ANOTHER person out. Informed me that he would be here around 730 p.m. Well, here it is 805 p.m. and NO 1 2 3 . Very disappointing , and rating a 1 star is 1 star too many. Hope they realize that bad news travels faster then good news. Good luck in 2014 and hope your doors are still open.
