We conduct a very thorough FRCA-compliant background check on every employee including criminal, civil, and domestic records in every relevant county in every state- 40% of those who are working at a security firm elsewhere do not meet our qualifications. Our management and field teams constantly retrain and work with our field officers. We maintain $5 million in additional umbrella liability coverage, GPS real-time monitoring of officers, a patrol fleet, clear and strict performance standards, and are flexible to your budget considerations.
