Almost never have enough pharmacy staff to help customers. It's not unusual, even at 2 in the morning, to find several people waiting in line to get their meds. The other day there was actually 13 people in line....and ONE person chasing prescriptions. Just try, sometimes, to get through on the telephone: I've waited as long as 13 minutes...and 8 minutes is not unusual. The only positive thing is that this is a 24 hour store.
