I called another cab company 2 hours before I needed to leave, they screwed up the destinations and then at 8:30 Am ( the time that I should have been leaving my house) I had to scramble and find another ride (because they are now telling me that they switched the pick up and destination information) literally at the very last minute. I called New Look Cab Company and the dispatcher was very polite, the driver called me a few minutes later and gave me a time of 20 minutes before he could arrive(which was excellent because there was inclement weather which was the reason for needing a cab in the first place). When he pulled up he hoped out and opened the door for me (very professional), he was extremely courteous and the cab was exceptionally clean. This cab company trully saved my trip and if I had to catch a cab again... They will be the FIRST ones that I call from this piont on!!!
