I have been a loyal customer to Superior Tire for 4 years. All routine maintenance and a set of new tires. They have new management and my last few visits have not gone well at all. Went a month ago for a routine oil change. They tried to charge me over 80 dollars. After I explained I always come here and it runs 30-35 bucks...they did the oil change for 32 bucks. This is so wrong.A couple of weeks later I get the oil light and engine light so I take the car back in. Am told need new oil pressure sensor and it wil take about half an hour. Had my car all day and when I picked it up, light came right back on. Got huge run around about using cheap oil, and engine being all gunked up, suggested I let them drain a quart of oil out...add some cleaner, drive it for 1000 miles, then do another oil change.I don't know anything about cars but I do know that my car is well cared for so drivin around with engine light on etc isn't going to happen. I took my car to Oreillys where they got the code. Same exact code that Superior had just charged me 172 bucks to fix!Took my car to another shop. Superior had put the sensor in without removing the alternator....so the new part was stripped, hasn't been installed correctly, was misting oil..which is why the light wouldn't go off. In all fairness they refunded my money but I don't need people like this working on my car! Definitely do not recommend any work being done there

I went to Superior Tire for a service job and to change plugs and a tranny service. The service job was supposed to be free with a coupon I had. For the new plugs,tranny service and a new air filter the service manager was going to charge me OVER $350. I complained and he came down to $250-which is still plenty!!! I got home and decided to look under my vehicle at a grease zerk. No lube had been done!!! I took car back immediately and they greased it. To summarize, I was a new customer and the first impression they left with me was a very bad one. The fact that the price was lowered a $100 when I complained, tells me I was being"taken",and the work was incomplete also. Lots of places do better work!! DRIVE ON!!!!

Great customer service! About 3 years ago I had a transmission oil cooler installed in my truck. All was well until about 3 weeks ago when my radiator began leaking. Due to am manufacturer instruction fault the oil cooler caused the radiator to leak. I returned to Superior Tire and asked if they could help me with the problem. They fixed the problem at no cost to me. The radiator was beyond repair. They got a new radiator, installed it and relocated the oil cooler to a better location. Jon and Superior Tire went above and beyond my expectations in doing this. I know from experience most repair shops and other business would have said, "It's been three years, we only give 30 day warrantees". I would have been stuck with a very large repair bill. I highly recommend Superior Tire to anybody who needs repair work and/or tires. I have bought tires there in the past for all my vehicles. They are very knowledgeable. I have been to other shops in Bullhead and Superior is the best.

Took my Chevy Venture to Superior Tire to have it checked out and to have the oil changed before taking a trip. They got my car right in and I didn't even have an appointment. They took the time to help me with my concerns and gave my var a good checkup. Everything was great. They topped off my anti-freeze and filled my windshield washer fluid. Less than thirty minutes later and less than $30 later I was on my way with no concerns about my car on my trip. We had a great trip. The guys at Superior Tire are honest and friendly. I will definately take my car there from now on!
