After dealing with another security company for 3 weeks trying to get my alarm fixed, a friend of mine recommended Safecom. I called them, talked to David on the phone and they had someone at my house that same afternoon and fixed my system. Wish all service companies today were this good. Happy and hope they are around for a long time!

I have to say they are very good. Super friendly. TV's look great! Their prices are reasonable and we are happy with the job they did plus they are right down the street from us.

Good company. I called several companies. I liked the fact that Safecom's monitoring center was local and they did not require a long term contract. The installation cost was reasonable and they did a good job explaining the system to my mother. I feel alot better knowing she can contact the police with a button on her necklace. The guy that answers the phone is great. He was not pushy and spent 20 minutes answering all my questions. They were my choice and I didn't regret it.

I have been very happy and my tenants have had nothing but good things to say. They are very responsive which is very important to me. Wish I new about them years ago!

We recently hired Safecom to install an alarm system for our home after meeting with several different companies. I was overwhelmed by their professionalim and attention to detail. The techician helped me replace my door locks after he installed the security system. My husband recently had them install a home theatre in our home and he hasn't left it yet. What a super company! I contacted Safecom from a refferal of a friend. My home was recently broken into and had a couple of other companys give me quotes for a security system. The Sales rep from Safecom was by far the most knowledgeble and didn't pressure us to make a desicion. The technician did a wonderful job putting the system in and is the reason I am taking the take to write this review.
