I might be a little more impressed if they answered the phone. I have listened to it ring now for over 4 minutes and NO ONE has answered the thing.

At the very least get an answering machine so your customers can at least leave a message in the probably vain hope that you'll call them back!

I'm here to say that Walmart does not sell everything! Sometimes you just have to get yourself to a real hardwear store. S & S Ace has been in this location for as long as I can remember. They have great service and an excellent assortment of goods and parts. Walmart and Home Depot haven't manage to run this store out of business, because they are that good and the customers are loyal. It has that hometown feel that you don't find at the mega stores!
