If there was a way I could give this office a lower rating than 1 star, I would. Where do I start? We were continuously lied to about what was covered under our policy by this office when we filed a claim involving our home insurance policy. We were told to claim this and claim and that and ended up spending hours working on paperwork when someone broke into our vehicle. The corporate State Farm office then denied our claim telling us that the Buford office did not know what they were talking about. We ended not being able to get any money from State Farm and were out that amount to the tune of $3,000! We were basically given the run-around by the company because they didn't want to pay. I am convinced everyone at this Buford office wasn't given more than a day of training before they were put to work. State Farm has to be the dumbest, most incompetent bunch of fools on this planet and I am not the only one who thinks this. Just check out the BBB. Don't walkRUN from this company. We ha
