If I could give this place a zero, I would! I figured I would give them another chance since opening in Hamilton Mill because every time I've ordered or gone into the store, the customer service is horrible! The store is filthy and empty tables are disgusting with leftover food and debris. Tonight I ordered delivery and they didn't bring my 2 liter of soda nor dressing for my salad; however, I was charged for these items. When I called the store and explained what happened, I was told I would be charged a delivery fee for them to bring me what they forgot! Seriously??!! I already paid the delivery fee once. I requested to speak to the store manager, unfortunately, the person I was speaking with was the store manager. HORRIBLE! I will take my business elsewhere.
