Terrible professionalism and they Do NOT back their work. We had Hardwoods installed in 2006 which included removal and replacement of the toilet. The toilet was NOT reinstalled properly and over time has been leaking between wood floor and sub flooring. Once we realized an issue (saw water spot in basement) we called a GA liscensed Master Plumber who, after removing the toilet and all the wax from how they rigged the install, he stated this was the worst he had seen in 28 years. The flange is supposed to be built up and flush with new flooinrg, ours was flush with previous flooring but was bot 3/4" - 1" lower than new hardwood floors; built up with SHIMS (yes shims) and multiple was rings which is why the leak was slow and not noticed until recently. We went to discuss with Buford Flooring in an attempt to get them to simply make the floor right and we would be happy to cover plumber - They REFUSED; with the original invoice for install. SHAME - be advised - not professional!
