      I have used Air Concepts, Inc for about 20 years. They have always exceeded my expectations. The owners Mike and Wendy Gossett are honest, hard working people. Mike has gone to bat for me on a couple of occasions where equipment failed and the manufacturers wanted to play hardball (Goodman AC). He has always resolved any issues to my complete satisfaction and in a timely fashion. I HIGHLY recommend Air Concepts, Inc.
