Furnace tune-up includes checking gas burners, pilot assembly, thermocouple, burner flame (gas-pressure adjustment), heat exchanger, flue venting, fan control, safety device and electrical wiring, blower speed, amp draw, and belt (tension adjustment); lubricating all moving parts; checking for overall safe operation.
