General Info
The Cheesecake Factory is a dining restaurant that offers more than 200 menu selections that include pasta, salad, seafood, pizzas, steaks, sandwiches and beverages. Its selection of appetizers features chicken pot stickers, roadside sliders, avocado eggrolls, taquitos and buffalo wings. Its specialty dishes include ranch house burgers, grilled portabella, chicken tacos, chicken tortillas, and beer-battered fish and chips. The restaurant provides a selection of more than 50 types of cheesecakes and desserts, such as white chocolate raspberry truffle and chocolate cheesecakes with cappuccino and espresso. It also offers late night dining and food services.

i was there on saturday night for my daughtera bday , got there befor 5 and the wait was 2 1/2 hours , people were lined up down the mall. So we went shopping during our wait.The wait for the food wasnt bad but to tell ya the truth it wasnt that good and you got a very small portion ! The cheesecake slices were super small, (maybe they figured since it was so busy they could do that...but wow $8 bucks for a slice that was about 3 bites I dont think so ). Any how I wont be going back, $125 bucks later for 4 people and we were still hungry when we left !!
Food and cheesecake is always great. Service- decent employees but seemed to be too busy to have the greatest attention to service. Polite waiters/waitresses but understaffed- clearly. Waiting- This seems to be a reason many people do not come back as often. The food is good enough for a return trip but NOT appealing when you have at least a 45 minute wait. There should be preferred seating and/or reservations for call aheads. On top of it, I suggest expansion since the restaurant is not a calming nature it's quite "bustling" with folks that it can be and look chaotic rather than relaxing and charming. There seems to be barely any seating for the 40+ people waiting for their buzzers to go off. I suggest some improvement on this. Either way, the visit is worth it. Portions are plentiful- get lunch size or half size if you can. The food is fabulous. You'll love it- just not the wait and chaos of getting in.
Terrible customer service!!! They forgot my sweet potato fries, tell me next time I'm in they would comp them. So, I come in the next time, and due to miscommunication, the girl tells me my original order was comped from the first time they screwed up, so I end up PAYING for the sweet potato fries ANYWAYS, the second time!!! The manager tells me it will be three weeks before I see a credit!!!! I am SIZZLING MAD!!!!!!!!!

the eggplant sandwich is awesome but the rasberry white chocolate cheescake was even better. This restaurant is clean- service was great- prices a little high but you get plenty of food for your money
