I would NOT recommend this company. We decided to 'support local business' and use the Buck and Doe shop. The 'hot dogs' were like a jerky stick in size and flavor.Very disappointed. The time to process and the quality of the product returned was marginal. We did get a refund and return the 'hot dogs', but they were not eager to do it. The 'beef stick/summer sausage we ordered had reasonable flavor, but the sausage shrank remarkably within the casing and became moldy w/in a few weeks, even under refrigeration. This year we are back to our regular processor.. even though they are in the S tier. If you choose to use this business, buyer beware.

Dropped 2 deer off last year and was assured that they would be processed ASAP. They ended up losing my deer because of the volume they took on and Basically the deer hung in a truck for 2 weeks before they were returned to me packaged and rotten..... I paid 300$ for special cuts/sausage/jerky, and demanded a refund. After months I was given 65$. After all the time in stands,$ paid, ammo, licences, I was left with no venison... Would not recommend them for your harvest. Awful

I would be very careful about using this company, I don't care how long they have been in business~our 17 year old daughter brought a deer she shot with an arrow to these people....for 20 years we have butchered well over 200 of our own ourselves, so we know the amount of meat we get per deer vs the size and pounds , this year we decided to try something different...I was shocked when she brought home one tiny box of meat. I asked her where the rest was and she said that was all they gave her...usually we have about 80# of meat with steaks, tenderloins, ground beef, roasts etc. per deer...less than 40# was in her box. My husband became very concerned because he had also brought his deer there. When he picked it up, sure enough, one tiny little box, even smaller than our daughter's and his deer was much larger. He was very angry and he asked repeatedly where the rest was. They just stood there looking at him. I would suggest you use extreme caution with these guys.
